COERR Mae Hong Son promote Child Right campaign as well as to raise awareness about the children rights to children and adult in communities, on the occasion of Universal Children's Day on November 20, 2013, by organizing several activities under the Project : "LIFT" - Livelihoods Improvement for Tomorrow, during November 2013 as follows:

Debate Competition Debate Competion was held in Ban Mai Nai Soi camp on November 15 and in Ban Mae Surin camp on November 21, 2013. The topic of debate is “Return to homeland or stay in refugee camp” to promote the right to liberty of opinion, expression and association.

The Saturday Activity on the Project : "LIFT" - Livelihoods Improvement for Tomorrow, on Saturday 16, November 2013, for 111 children in Ban Mai Nai Soi camp (57 children) and Ban Mae Surin camp (54 children). The theme is to have Drawing Competition on the topic of “children have the rights to be protected from any form or harm and violence”, with the objectives to let children express their imagination and creation through drawing activities and raising awareness about children rights. The activities organized in COERR social Service Centers in both camps divide into 2 levels, high school and middle school students.

The new Child Friendly Space in Ban Mai Nai Soi camp near the Primary school has drawn children’s interest with about 200 children visiting for playing, drawing, painting and reading monthly, most of them come during school break and after lunch.
